This Design/Build Tenant Fit-Out project consisted of three separate tenants (NORTHCOM, AFRICOM, and NATO) moving to a collocated area of 5,092 sf within the Pentagon. IBC was responsible for project coordination from conception until completion, these phases included: Design, Construction, Commissioning & Testing, IT Burn-In/Contractor Punch List, Tenant Move-In, and Project Completion.
